Returns Policy
How Long Do I Have To Return My Items?
Unused items can be returned up to 60 days after the date of your purchase. Contact info@BalanceAddicts.com to request a return, stating the reason you would like to return your product(s).
Will The Return Cost Me Money?
If the product is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a return label on your behalf & send you the code, so you can drop it to your local courier / depot.
If your product is not faulty or damaged but you wish to return it, you will be required to arrange the return shipping yourself.
When Will I Be Refunded?
Once your item has arrived back with us, we will process your refund the same day. Most refunds are instant but depending on your bank & if it's a weekend, it may take up to 48 hours for your refund to appear in your account.
Used But Non-Faulty Products
We can only accept returns from products that are not used or faulty. If you have used your product but decided you no longer want it, we are unable to issue a refund.

How much do your handstand pedestals Weigh?
A pair of handstand pedestals are just under 2.3kg
What are your handstand pedestals made of?
The main material used for our handstand canes is soft wood. We also use a super-strength glue & specialised joinery techniques to ensure each handstand pedestal is as robust and safe as possible.
Why are the hand grips / heads made at an angle?
The 15 degree slope of each head ensures your wrists aren’t placed under undue pressure when you are upside down.
The sloped heads also allow you to distribute your body weight evenly while balancing on our handstand canes.
Is every set handmade?
Yes! Every single pair is handmade in the UK, so every single pair of handstand pedestals is your very own bespoke item.
Are your handstand pedestals suitable for training at home?
Absolutely! As long as you place them on a flat, safe surface, handstand pedestals can be used anywhere that you would like to practice your handstands. Many of our customers take them to outdoor spaces such as gardens or parks & take them to & from the gym.
What size are your handstand pedestals?

Should I buy handstand pedestals or blocks?
This is down to personal choice. Handstand blocks are great for anyone who is just getting started and if you want to progress your handstands on from the floor.
Taller handstand pedestals can be for those who are already confident with handstands. That said, handstand pedestals can be used for L-sits, straddle holds, splits, tucks& many more gymnastics skills.
Can I paint my handstand pedestals?
Yes you can. The soft wood they have been built with is perfect for adding your own personalised paint work.

Our Handstand Wobble Blocks are made from soft wood, with compressed springs & a rubber base. All of the materials we select are high quality & lightweight for performance & stability in mind.
How Much Do Your Handstand Wobble Blocks Weigh?
Our Wobble Blocks weigh just under 5kg per pair.
Are The Heads Of Your Handstand Wobble Blocks Angled?
Yes. Each hand grip on our Wobble Blocks are angled at 15 degrees. This reduces pressure on your wrists & helps you find your centre of balance in the air.

I’m a handstand beginner, are blocks a good idea?
Handstand blocks are a really good idea for anyone working on their handstands. Not only do they vary your handstand training, but being raised off of the floor means less pressure on your wrists and less risk of injury. Handstand Blocks also allow you to manipulate your finger grip around the block for increased control.
What are your handstand blocks made of?
They are made from soft wood, with rounded edges. Each handstand block includes 4x non-slip pads for increased safety.
Can I paint my handstand blocks?
Yes you can. The wooden material is perfect for adding your own splash of colour.

Delivery
Can I upgrade to 48 hour delivery?
Yes you can. Simply amend your delivery option at the checkout and your item will be dispatched on the same working day via 1st class delivery.
Which courier do you use for delivery?
We commonly use Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel for deliveries within the UK, but we always stay up to date with any delays or strikes that may be taking place, so we will move to a different courier if required on the day.
If there is an additional cost for this, it will always be covered by ourselves at Balance Addicts and will never affect the price you have paid.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days after your order has been placed. Please take into consideration the weekends when placing or following up with any queries regarding the whereabouts of your delivery.
Do I need to be at home for my delivery?
Not necessarily, no. The delivery company will post a delivery slip through your letterbox if delivery was not possible and they will attempt redelivery the following day.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately! Our biggest focus at Balance Addicts is ensuring you leave happy, and that means a safely delivered order.
If there is anything you are not happy with, including damaged goods, please contact us so we can arrange a collection and get a replacement or refund out to you ASAP.
